Uniqlo Canada - Missing an Item 

We're sorry if we've missed an item in your order.

If you are missing an item that you ordered please contact the Customer Service Team as soon as possible within three days of when you've received it so we can investigate! Please note that if an item was not available at the time we shipped your order, we will email you with updated order details and refund the item not available.  

Make sure to check your "Spam/Junk" folder if you received a separate email explaining any changes made to your order due to inventory,
