How can I modify or cancel my online order?

You may cancel within 30 minutes of the placed order by following the next steps: 

If the cancel button is still clickable in the Order History page, you may opt to cancel the order and place a new one. We cannot guarantee that the item/s you have selected will still be available when you reorder.

Order Cancellation Steps:

1. Go to your Account.

● On the app:
Click the membership profile icon on bottom and click 【Order history】.

● On the website:
Login to your online account. Click the [MEMBERSHIP] icon on the bottom.

2. Select [ORDER HISTORY].

3. The [CANCEL] button will appear if your order is eligible for cancellation.

4. Click [CANCEL THIS ORDER] button on the box.

5. Your order has been cancelled successfully, you may close the window.

We do not charge customer before shipping out the product, if you see any charge on your card, it will be automatically removed by your card issuer within 3-5 business days.

If the cancel button is no longer available, it means that your order is being fulfilled already by our Warehouse team. If you wish to take a chance to cancel your order, you can reach out to our agent by chat to see if we can still cancel the order. kindly note that there is a low possibility that your request can still be granted as the time of our warehouse shipment may not be in line with the time of your request. Else, you can return your order once you receive it.
