How Do I Request a New Return Shipping Label?

  • For FedEx, please follow the below instructions

    Please note: A return fee of $9.90+tax will be deducted from all returning packages

    1. Click the link: FedEx Return Shipping Label
    2. Complete the required fields with your personal information associated with your Uniqlo Account. Complete the required fields with your shipping information.

    3. Please carefully enter your complete Order Number (beginning with '17') in the space under Purchase Order. Your Order Number can be found on your Return Form, on your Invoice or in your Membership account.
    4. For "Package Weight", please insert 2 and select Lbs (pounds). Not to worry, packages are properly weighed at our carrier's hub.
    5. Select the most relevant "Reason Code" from the drop-down menu provided.

    6. Review the summary of your shipment. Be sure that all information is entered correctly. You can go back to make changes up to this point.
    7. After you click "Confirm", you will see both the instructions for how to ship your package back to our warehouse and a list of drop off locations closest to the address you've entered for your shipment.

    8. Click "Print" to get the PDF version of the label you will need to ship your package. You can download or email the label if needed as well.

    9. Take note of your Tracking Number. You can track your package back to our warehouse. *Without the tracking number, our Customer Service Team will not be able to track your order.

  • For Canada Post - Northwest territory, Yukon and Nunavut

    Return labels produced for provinces outside of Newfoundland & Labrador, Yukon and Nunavut cannot be processed at our Warehouse.

    2. Complete the required fields with your personal information associated with your Uniqlo Account.

    3. Please carefully enter your complete Order Number (beginning with '17') in the space under Purchase Order. Your Order Number can be found on your Return Form, on your Invoice or in your Membership account. It is not optional.

    4. Select the option to BRING QR CODE if you do not have a printer to print the label. Else, you can generate label directly and stick on the package directly.

    5. Add your E-mail address to receive a QR code or Label. Don't forget to "check" the box which indicates "Get notified when the merchant receives my return" to stay up to date with the tracking! Save and Hit SUBMIT.

    Please note, Canada Post Returns are only available to customers living in the following provinces: Northwest Territories, Yukon and Nunavut
