Uniqlo Service Update - Click & Collect and Site Closure Information


We have great upcoming new features and services for our loyal customers, an improved shopping experience, and a new way to discover LifeWear. 

Please be advised of the following service interruptions:
 

Click & Collect Service Pause: July 15, 2025 - August 4, 2025.

Website Closed: July 29, 2025 - July 30, 2025

App Closed: July 29, 2025 - July 31, 2025

We appreciate your patience and support to enhance your online experience. During this transition, there are some details you will need to know:
 
 
Click and Collect Service Interruptions (starting July 15th, 2025)


From July 15th, our Click & Collect service will be temporarily unavailable for all new orders. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause as we work to improve our services. Existing Click & Collect orders already placed before the 15th will still be available for collection from your selected store once processed by our store team. Expect service to resume August 5, 2025.

 

 
Website and App Closure (starting July 29, 2025)


On July 29, 2025, we will be temporarily shutting down our online website (uniqlo.ca) and the UNIQLO CA app. During this, you will not be able to place any online orders or check details related to your UNIQLO Account (order history, payment methods, browsing, etc.). We will have our website back up on July 30, 2025, and are aiming to have our new app up on August 1, 2025.
