Requirements: All merchandise must be unwashed, unworn, with all tags attached, unaltered and within 30 days from original purchase date for in-store purchase, or original shipment date for online orders to be eligible for Returns / Exchanges.



  About Exchanges
 

⦿ For In-Store Purchase

Merchandise purchased in any UNIQLO store can be exchanged at any UNIQLO Canada Store location. Please bring the purchase receipt and original form of payment at time of exchange. The item you wish to exchange must meet the requirements listed above.
 



⦿ For Online Purchases

Choice 1: Exchanges are available through the UNIQLO website/APP via Purchase History (please click here to learn how to process Online Exchange). 

You will need to provide a credit/debit card to complete the Exchange, as you will be charged as if you are placing a new order. You will not be charged for the delivery fee for this Exchange order. 

With this choice, the product cannot be exchanged for a different product. It can only be exchanged with the same product in the different color or size.

Choice 2: You can exchange your online orders at any UNIQLO Canada Store location

Customers can exchange products purchased online via the UNIQLO website or APP with any product(s) available at the UNIQLO Canada store location. Customer cannot exchange their products with a Gift Card or Merchandising Cards.

You will need to show the INVOICE available on your [ONLINE PURCHASE HISTORY] at the store as proof of purchase.



  About Returns
 

⦿ For In-Store Purchase

Merchandise purchased in any UNIQLO Canada store can be returned to any UNIQLO Canada store location as long as it meets the Requirements.

- A refund from the store may take up to 3-5 business days depending on the financial institution. Items that are not allowed to be returned are items marked as Final Sale, Undergarments, International purchases or items that do not meet the requirements that are above.

If paid with the Pay In-Store payment: 
 
Returning can ONLY be accepted at the UNIQLO Store locations across Canada.Please be sure to have the original receipt and invoice( found in Purchase History) at the time of return.

 
If paid with Credit/Debit Card | Klarna | Paypal | Apple Pay | Samsung Pay| Google Pay payment:
Online Returns can ONLY be accepted via mail with our Prepaid Return Label.

- You will need to submit the online return request form for the order you wish to return on your PURCHASE HISTORY available on the website or APP.
 
WE CANNOT ISSUE REFUNDS/RETURNS FOR ONLINE ORDERS AT STORES.
 

Return Fee: With sending in items via mail, there is a $9.90 Return fee (plus applicable tax) that is automatically deducted from your refunded amount.

If you need to return multiple orders at once, you must print a return label for every order being sent back. (3 orders sent back = 3 return labels generated). Place one label on the outside of the box and every other return label inside the parcel. You will only be charged ONE Return fee.


 

Time limit: Items purchased online must be shipped out on the last day of the return period. You can check the Return by date in your Purchase History Page.

Before processing Return/ Exchange

  What if I have a store purchase to return, but there is no store close to me?

We are sorry, for the products purchased in the store, customers need to visit the nearest UNIQLO store Location. We do not accept returns or exchanges for store purchases via mail.

My online item came defective how do I return?

When processing a return please be sure to select Damaged/ Defective as the reason for return. Please be sure the item is still in original condition when returning

Can I return items from multiple orders in one package?

Yes! Items from different orders under the same account can be returned together if all items meet the return policy guidelines. We ask that you generate one return label for each separate order. Please attach one label outside the packaging and the additional labels inside in order for us to process the return. 

Please Note: The $9.90 return prepaid label fee (plus applicable taxes) will only be deducted from your refund amount ONCE if different orders are returned together in one package. 
Orders from different accounts cannot be returned together. Thank you for understanding.

Can I send in a return and exchange at the same time?

Yes! You are able to send both at once and the warehouse will be able to handle the separate requests respectively. Please be sure when filling out the Exchange and Return request, the items that are being exchanged and returned are reported correctly in your form.

Can I return items that I purchased online but exchanged in store?

Unfortunately, all items that are being returned must match the original details of your order. Items that are exchanged in-store forfeit the ability to be returned, as the exchanged items are now considered FINAL SALE.

•Final Sale items 
•Innerwear (underwear, bras)
•Uniqlo items purchased outside of Canada. ( International purchase)

I am having an issue creating my return label, what should I do?

We recommend to clear the web browser's your cache and cookies then reload the page. If that doesn't work please try another device or web browser. If all other options are exhausted, please contact us directly. 


After processing Return/Exchange

When should I expect my refund?

Once your returned items are sent out it can take up to a 7 days to arrive to warehouse as that depends on where the return is coming from and current volume of the delivery carrier. Once arrive at the warehouse, it can take another 2-7 business days for them to be fully processed. We request you to wait for at least 14 business days for a refund before reaching out.

How do I cancel my return/exchange request?

In your order history you may click the Exchange or Return button , click on Details, and select the Cancel button for the items you would like to cancel. A pop-up will appear confirming selection, please confirm cancellation request once more. If you need to reprocess a return due to incorrect item or to change to an exchange process, please be sure to log out and log back in to allow the system to register the cancelled request. I have lost my Return label, how do I get it back?

You can go back to your Order history and reprint the label again. Return label is also sent to your email address that is associated with your Uniqlo account.

What courier companies can I use to send my items back?

You should use the carrier indicated in the return label created (usually FedEx). If you wish to use a carrier other than the one indicated on the prepaid return label. You may choose a different carrier and pay for the shipping to our warehouse.

It has been over 2 weeks, and I still have not received my refund, what now?

We strongly recommend to check the tracking of your return as it may possible that their is a delay with the carrier delivering to our warehouse. If it is still in transit we ask you allow carrier time to deliver. If return has been delivered to warehouse and it has been more than 7 business days since its arrival date please contact us directly and we will be able to further assist with informing you of your refund status

What if I do not have a printer to print my return label?

When processing a return you have the option to either print a return label or save it as a PDF. It will also be sent to youe email address associated with your UNIQLO account. The carrier should be able to help print label at the drop-off location.
