Important Notes on How Refunds are Calculated

 

Shipping fees are not refundable.

Alterations fees are not refundable.

■ The $9.90 Return Shipping Fee (plus applicable taxes) will be deducted from the full refund amount for the use of the UNIQLO Prepaid Return Label.

■ If you receive a defective product, please email us at wecare@uniqlo.ca with your order details and a photo of the item. Once we confirm the defect after inspection, we will not charge you for the Return Label Fee. 

■ Coupons have no cash value and cannot be refunded. If you return part of your order, the coupon amount will be applied proportionally to the items you keep and the items you return. Your refund will reflect the portion of the coupon discount applied to the returned item(s).


How do I track Returns?

 

1. To track your returns, go to the Purchase History page. Click on the EXCHANGE OR RETURN button next to the order you are inquiring about. Then, Click on the DETAILS button.

 

2. Scroll down the page to view your return status. From this section, you can:

  • Reprint your return label.

  • Cancel your return

  • Track the progress of your return

You can also follow the tracking information provided by FedEx, Canada Post, or FleetOptics to see where your return is and when it will be delivered.

 

3. Please allow up to 14 business days after your return is delivered to our warehouse for your refund to be processed. The refund will be issued to your original form of payment.
