HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS

On the UNIQLO website (desktop or mobile browser) or APP, you can view your order information in the [Purchase History] section of under your membership.

Please note: Browser and App will have different buttons and layouts when navigating to your orders.

Your Home Delivery order will go through these steps:

If your order status says "ON THE WAY" we suggest checking the tracking details through the carrier's website linked below:

Your In Store Pick Up Order will go through these steps:

*Some store pick-up orders for British Columbia and Alberta region may take upto 7-10 business days depending on the inventory availability in the west coast fulfilment centre.
