Q: Can a customer combine multiple receipts to get the novelty?   
A: Yes. If it is the same day and at the same store.

Q: What stores are participating in this offer?  
A: This offer is available in all UNIQLO stores and online. While supplies last.  

Q: Is this offer available online?  
A: This offer is available on online orders. If a customer completes a pay in-store purchase that meets the requirements, they will be able to receive the offer. 

Q: What Products are eligible for this offer?  
A: Customers may shop all items in-store and online, however they must spend a total of $75 (pre-tax) in order to be eligible to receive the free gift with purchase.  

Q: What if a customer returns an item, and the total purchase falls under $75 (Pre-tax)? 
A: If any items from the original purchase are returned, resulting in the total falling below $75 (pre-tax), the free eco bag must also be returned in its original selling condition. The Product returned must be new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered. 

Q. Do I have to add the free Original Packable Eco to my online cart/order?   
A: No, the eco bag is added automatically to the order. Random colours will be distribution online; while supplies last. 

Q. Can I use a coupon and still receive the free gift with the purchase item?  
A; Yes, as long as the total of the basket is $75 before tax and after the coupon. 

Q. How will I know if I am receiving the free Original Packable Eco Bag? 
A: This offer is available while supplies last. You will not be able to verify if an Eco bag will be added to your package before you receive your order.   





Terms & Conditions 
1. Offer Details 

1.1 The offer begins on August 28, 2026, during store hours and ends on August 30, 2026. Available at all UNIQLO stores and online at UNIQLO.ca. Limited supply only; distribution will end once the supply for each store on that day runs out. 

1.2 The offer applies to all items to meet the $75 minimum spend (before tax, after discounts, and excluding shipping fees).  

1.3 The free Original Packable Eco Bag must be redeemed at the designated Redemption counter within the UNIQLO store the eligible purchase was made. No eco bags shall be redeemed at the cash checkout counter. If the eco bags is not processed properly at the Redemption Counter by a UNIQLO Staff member, it will be considered stolen merchandise. 

1.4 Once the free Original Packable Eco Bag has been redeemed, no returns or exchanges are permitted. Please confirm at the GWP Redemption counter you have received your desired bag before you leave the UNIQLO Canada store.

1.6 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to deliver the free duffle bag if they deem that the terms and conditions have not been met. 

2. Order Exchange and Return Policy  

2.1 Regular return and exchange policy applies for UNIQLO merchandise. 

2.2 If any items from the original purchase are returned, resulting in the total falling below $75 (pre-tax), the free eco bag must also be returned in its original selling condition (new, unopened, unused, unwashed and unaltered in its original packaging).  

2.3 Store personnel may, at their discretion, refuse to process the exchange or return if they deem that the conditions have not been met.

3.1 These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada.
