HOW TO CHECK MY ORDER STATUS
Thank you for shopping with UNIQLO Canada!

On the UNIQLO website (desktop or mobile browser), you can view your order information in the [Purchase History] section of your account.
On the UNIQLO App, you can view your order information in the [Order History] section of your account.

Please note: Browser and App will have different buttons and layouts when navigating to your orders.

HOME DELIVERY ORDER PROCESS
Your Home Delivery order will go through these steps:



Your order status may not be updated due to an issue.
If your order status says "ON THE WAY" we suggest checking the tracking details through the carrier's website linked below:

IN STORE PICK UP ORDER PROCESS
Your In Store Pick Up Order will go through these steps:
