Do I Need To Sign For My Package?

Starting April 29th, UNIQLO Canada offers a signature service to help ensure your package is delivered securely. Customers can choose delivery with or without a signature at checkout. 

*A service fee of $4.00, excluding tax, applies when you choose signature service. 

If signature service is not selected, your package may be delivered to your specified address, nearest post office, or another safe location chosen by the carrier. The carrier should provide photo proof of delivery once the package has been delivered. If the tracking number shows a photo of the delivered package, UNIQLO is not responsible for lost or stolen packages due to Porch Piracy.

Our carrier may leave your package in a safe location that is not exposed to public view or weather. If you cannot locate your package, please check your tracking details first to confirm the delivery location. If you still need help, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
