All items purchased at a UNIQLO Canada store locations or at UNIQLO.ca are now eligible for return or exchange. This includes SALE and Limited Offer items (see below for exceptions).

The following items cannot be exchanged/refunded for hygienic purposes and per our Return/Exchange policy:
1. AIRism mask
2. Any opened packaged items (all sealed items in paper or plastic packaging). Click here for examples of packaged items.
3. Items that have been altered.
4. Items that have been washed or used.
5. Items without price tags and care tags attached to the item.
6. Items sold at discounted prices due to existing defects are final sale.
