About the difference between "Order history" and "Purchase history" (UNIQLO APP)
 

ORDER HISTORY
Order history is a collection of all of your purchases made online. You can click here to view your Order History. 

PURCHASE HISTORY
The contents displayed in the "Online purchase" and "Store purchase" tabs are different. You can click here to view your Purchase History. 

Online Purchase
You will be able to see the products you have ordered from the online store and the status of your order.
 
Store Purchase
The products you have purchased will be displayed in the "Purchased Product List" above.
