Click & Collect provides you with a more convenient way for you to pick up your UNIQLO online orders, giving you full peace of mind as to when you will receive your order without having to worry about not being home and missing the delivery. Plus, having your order shipped to the store is FREE of charge.
Buy online, and FREE shipping to the store! What is the delivery time frame for Click & Collect orders?:
Go to UNIQLO.ca and start shopping. Choose the Free Click & Collect option at checkout. Pick-up your order in store as early as three business days later. You will be notified via email once your package arrives in the store.

How do I pick up my order?
Picking up your Click & Collect order is easy! Here’s how it works:
Order confirmation – You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. Please don’t go to the store yet.
On‑the‑way email – A second email will let you know your order is on its way to your selected store.
Ready for pick‑up – Once your order arrives, you’ll receive a final email confirming it’s ready for pick‑up.
Bring your ID – When you arrive at the store, show the cashier:
Ready for pick‑up E-mail/Membership Barcode
A valid government‑issued photo ID -
Can someone else pick up my order for me?
Yes! You or your authorized representative can pick up the order.
They just need to show the “Ready for Pick‑Up” email with the QR code or Membership Barcode associated with the order when collecting it in store. -
What happens if I don’t pick up my order?
If your order is not picked up within 14 calendar days, it will be returned to our warehouse. A refund will then be issued to your original payment method.
Please note that refund processing can take up to 28 days. -
How do I return my Click & Collect order?
Click & Collect returns (Except Pay-in-store orders) must be sent back to our warehouse.
Please review our return policy before sending your order back.

Orders paid using Pay in Store can be returned directly in store.
Click & Collect orders with any other payment method cannot be returned in store for a refund. -
How can I exchange my items?
You can exchange click & collect order online or by mail.

How can I cancel my Click & Collect order?
You can cancel your online order within 30 minutes of placing it. Please checkout steps [HERE]
After 30 minutes, Customer Service is unable to cancel Click & Collect orders.
If you no longer want your order, wait until you receive the Ready for Pick‑Up email, then [CONTACT US HERE] or visit your selected store to request a return.
Online returns may take up to 14 days to process.
