About Order Status
To check your online order status, you are required to login your online account in our UNIQLO website/ UNIQLO App.

1. Click the [MEMBERSHIP] icon on website bottom to access your membership profile.
2. Click [Order History] to check your order status & details.

Click the membership profile icon on the bottom and choose [ORDER HISTORY].
Home Delivery Orders
You will receive tracking information via E-mail within 1-4 business days once the package has been shipped from our warehouse.
Please check your delivery status on our carriers' website according to the tracking information provided.
- For FedEx - Track your package here using the tracking# provided.
- For CanadaPost - Track your package here using the tracking# provided.
Click & Collect Orders
You should receive the pick-up email within 1-7 business days once your package is ready for pick-up at your selected store location.
You do not require a pick-up email to pick-up your order.
In case you did not receive an email, please check order status as mentioned above.
If the DETAILED ORDER STATUS is READY FOR PICK-UP, you or someone else on your behalf can pick-up the order using your MEMBERSHIP BARCODE or ORDER HISTORY on the APP.
