If you intend to receive your order before December 24th, we recommend purchasing your online items before the dates provided below.
Though we cannot guarantee delivery dates, ordering early will certainly help! This will give both our team and the delivery service the best chance at getting your holiday packages to you on time!
Online Order Temporary Gift Receipts
If you intend to give items from an online order as a gift this holiday season, please read below. The downloadable document in the link below, is a valid Gift Receipt Form for online orders. Gift recipients can use the completed form to return items to our warehouse or exchange them in store. Please print the form and complete the product details before you gift the item to the recipient. The form must be included in the return package.

GST/HST Holiday Tax Break2024/2025
In recognition of the recently announced GST/HST tax break, UNIQLO is committed to passing the benefits to you. We will honour the tax relief initiative by offering tax adjustments to the products categories listed below.
Tax Break Period: From December 14th, 2024 to February 15th, 2025
UNIQLO Products included:
- All Kids clothing collection available during the tax break period (does not apply to adult sizes)
- All books and toys sold at select stores
** Please note, all items will return to their usual provincial and federal tax requirements from February 16th, 2025. ** Extended Return and Exchange Policy 2024/2025
IN STORE PURCHASE: All eligible products purchased from October 31st 2024 - December 15th, 2024 can be returned or exchanged in stores until January 15th, 2025. Regular return terms & conditions apply.
ONLINE PURCHASE: All eligible products purchased from October 31st 2024 - December 15th, 2024 can be returned to the warehouse or exchanged in stores until January 15th, 2025. Regular return terms & conditions apply.
